WE BELIEVE IN GETTING STUCK IN
Science offers a unique chance for children to learn by truly immersing themselves. Practical work allows them to 'safely fail', evaluate, try again and experience the absolute thrill when things do finally work! There are also endless 'why' questions - some of which still have no answers - that can lead to brilliant voyages of discovery where children can stumble upon the most amazing facts and stories.
The Science Brainery aims to help you give your children this immersive experience by bringing together experiments, online games, stories and challenges to do together or to let your budding scientists discover on their own.

WHO ARE WE AND WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST US?
The Science Brainery has been designed by Abigail Carr who started teaching science at secondary level in 2002 before founding LoveScience in 2013. Love Science has delivered workshops and clubs to thousands of primary aged children in schools, libraries, festivals and other venues throughout England and Scotland. Whilst researching Primary Science education as part of her MA in Online and Distance Education, it appeared to Abigail that there was a need for a resource to help teachers, home educators and parents save time and resources in science teaching and The Science Brainery was born!
So, put down your planning and have a look around our free HUB for handy activities and make your (science teaching) life a whole lot easier.
